Liz McCoy
Practice Manager, Operations Manager
Liz joined the Selectpath team in 2021. Prior to that, she spent 6 years with a major benefits and financial advisory firm. She brought with her a background in both administration and client services within the banking and credit industries. Liz holds an Honours Diploma from NBCC Saint John, in Business Administration — Investment Management as well as her Retirement Plan Associate (RPA) designation and she continues to work towards completing her CEBS education.
Working along side Todd Stephen, Liz is primarily responsible for overseeing the workflow and executing the service plan for each client and positioning the practice for growth. She also works closely with the Benefits Associates on client meeting preparation and processes. Her role also includes compiling and analyzing client data to develop customized and competitive benefits plans for your organization.
