Len has been in the insurance industry for the past 26 years. In 2001 he established LBM Consulting which grew into Sarnia Lambton’s largest independently owned Employee Benefits advisor firm.
Len specializes in Group Employee Benefits and Pension Plans and has access to exclusive offerings such as the Chamber of Commerce Group Insurance Plan, amongst others.
In 2017, LBM Consulting wanted to partner with a like-minded organization that shared the same vision, values and commitment to providing exceptional service and advice to their clients. This resulted in the merger with Selectpath Benefits & Financial Inc. This merger created a strong platform for future growth and substantially improved the overall client experience.
As managing partner of the Sarnia Selectpath office, Len is actively involved with the local community. He supports various organizations such as St. Clair Child & Youth Services and Goodwill Industries EKL. Len was also a past executive of the Bluewater Health Foundation.
