Since 1994, Kevin has been involved in the employee benefit industry. After leaving his position with Great West Life as an Employee Benefits Manager, in 1999 Kevin joined Selectpath, becoming a partner within the firm in 2001. As Vice-President at Selectpath, Kevin has helped shape the marketing vision and brand within the firm.
Kevin’s clients benefit from his straight forward approach to total compensation strategies. Kevin’s innovative approach to employee benefits has challenged the traditional models of employee benefit coverage and allowed the introduction of alternative funding strategies. These strategies have transformed the market, provided a competitive advantage for Selectpath and created measureable savings to clients.
Kevin is extremely active within his community serving on boards of many organizations. Outside of Selectpath, Kevin can be found at hockey arenas coaching or mentoring coaches within the North London Nationals Association or cheering for the London Knights. In the summer, Kevin is a vocal fan at many soccer pitches cheering on his wife, son and daughter’s teams.
