Jeanette entered the financial industry in 2017 with a fresh and innovative perspective to benefits, insurance & pensions having spent over 20 years in the health and fitness industry for Canada’s largest fitness club. Jeanette worked in various management roles including membership, programming and member engagement. Jeanette’s primary role as an Employee Benefits Advisor is focused on small to mid-sized entrepreneurial minded organizations. Jeanette excels in creating strong relationships with clients offering exceptional service and support, with an emphasis on cost containment through employee education and engagement. This unique approach to group benefits creates long term sustainability as employees are encouraged to understand and ultimately take control of their plans, which in turn results in higher employee satisfaction & retention rates.
Jeanette’s secondary role is to work with and help with plan member engagement and literacy for clients within the Hart practice. Working with plan sponsors, Jeanette aims to increase awareness, member consumerism and real and perceived value around the benefit and pension programs offered.
Jeanette will work with clients to find creative solutions for cost management using smart strategies that produce customizable plans to provide the most effective and valuable benefit solutions for their employees.
