Prior to joining Selectpath in 2003, Rose worked for one of Canada’s largest insurance companies before moving to a Third Party Administration firm based in London to become an underwriting specialist. Rose has worked in the Employee Benefits and Pension field for over 23 years. Rose leads many of the technology integration strategies at Selectpath. Rose is well versed in all aspects of benefits administration, contract interpretation, legislation and compliance. Rose is also involved periodically with client plan administrator training. In 2009, Rose obtained her Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation, one of only a few in Southwestern Ontario region. She is also Associate Customer Service (ACS) certified and Associate Insurance Agency Administration (AIAA) certified. At Selectpath, Rose works with Gord Hart providing the first point of contact for all client and plan member inquiries.
