Ric Haroutunian

Ric Haroutunian became an advisor in 2005 when he moved to Freedom 55 Financial after 15 years in accounting and corporate management. He came to Navigo Financial in 2014 and now develops retirement saving and risk management strategies, as well as group retirement and benefits plans.
Having first-hand experience with the taxation and corporate sides of business planning, Ric developed an appreciation for documentation around insurance agreements and for the importance of employee benefits plans when it comes to obtaining and holding key staff. As a Certified General Accountant, a Certified Health Specialist and an Elder Planning Councillor, he also believes it is important to keep his knowledge and skills up-to-date, so that he can work in the best interest of his clients and address any concerns they may have.
Ric is a Vice President and active fund-raiser for the Muskoka Shrine Club, raising money for The Shriners' children’s hospitals through various social events. Ric is married with 2 children and is a marathon swimmer.
