As a subject matter expert, Courtney represents the interests of advisors and field teams, using proactive data analysis to drive productivity. She delivers formal reports and presentations to senior leaders, showcasing a strategic and transparent communication style. Courtney identifies and leverages emerging technologies, implementing Change Management tactics that drive adoption for successful project outcomes.
